Covid: Being Unvaccinated and Going Maskless aka Russian Roulette

One of the reasons that a large percentage of Covid cases have been asymptomatic or mild is that the initial infectious doses have been minimal. Face masks and such have helped in that. Now, however, the Covid virus has mutated a new offensive attack — it has dramatically increased the early rate and volume of production of viral particles produced in the respiratory tract at the onset of the disease such that standard protocols are not enough to maintain the lower levels of illness that we’d grown accustomed to. Indeed, the amount of the initial infectious doses have increased, thus increasing the potential seriousness of the illness experienced.

It seems that the Delta wave will crest in mid-October and put us much closer to herd immunity.

Note: To avoid vaccination is one thing because of concern about side effects; but, choosing not to wear a face mask is a bit like playing Russian Roulette.

Insofar as you block the ‘Love of God thru Christ’ by filling your Heart with anger, hatred and negativities in order to stop feeling your fears, then you are also allowing your mind to fill with earthly distortions, untruths and unreality. Thus, the real dangers that initially caused the fear remain unchallenged. Your service to ‘God in Life’, indeed, your very life is imperiled because you have limited your options by you limiting your Heart and Mind — you have restricted your Freedom of Choice by “painting yourself into a corner” and thusly violating Spiritual Law.

Example: If we fail to recognize that current global climate change is being ‘fueled’ by the ‘amplified greenhouse effect’ operating at the quantum level, then we will not be able to take appropriate action. Thus, inertia prevails and we all “wind up in a heap together at the foot of the mountain that we failed to scale”.

Example: If we fail to follow safety protocols regarding Covid, then the pandemic will continue on and on as variants “teach us a thing or two” about reality from the nanoscale level.

In short, we need to be respectful of the Great Unseen at every level.

Fear Feeds the Negativity In the Astral and Psychic Planes

Conspiracy theories are products of great negativity and will poison one’s thoughts and feelings. Both sides of the political divide are caught up in anger and hatred that is fed by fear and feeds into the ‘astral and psychic planes’. That’s where evil does its worst to take you down.

If something isn’t honest and truthful and it promotes negativity, it is best to set it aside. If you indulge in this, you begin to resonate with it and that attracts more of the same. Do not follow the line of least resistance. Instead, take the high road.

Covid: Not Like Influenza

Covid is very different from the flu in many ways. For example, though you can be asymptomatic with the flu, you’re not contagious; however, with Covid, you can be asymptomatic but you’ll be fully contagious. This means that the Delta variant will be especially contagious in all cases. So, even though you might not be showing any symptoms from Covid, the unvaccinated people you pass it on to will not necessarily be so fortunate. Indeed, depending on their risk category, they could suffer greatly because of your unawareness. At least with the flu, you knew if you were an active carrier or not.

Note: The annual rate of people being vaccinated against influenza in the USA is similar to the current percentage of people now fully vaccinated against Covid. 

In typical years past, the number of deaths from influenza was only about 1/20 of what Covid is currently inflicting. The comparison will only get more lopsided as the Delta variant exponentially increases.

Covid patients who had not received a flu vaccine within the last year had 2.4 times greater odds of being hospitalized and 3.3 times greater chance of being transferred to the ICU.

Addendum:

Delta is spreading 50% faster than Alpha, which was 50% more contagious than the original strain of SARS-CoV-2. The reason is the tremendous increase of virus copies produced in the nasal and respiratory system in a shorter span of time. Now, consider that the initial viral load (infectious dose) that  you take in which makes you sick plays a role in the seriousness of your case. Fewer initial viruses means that it takes longer for the exponential growth rate to bring the viral count in the body up to a hazardous level. This gives the immune system longer to gear up for battle. This is why the Delta variant is not only more infectious but is, also, more serious.

So, for those who are not vaccinated, you can see why face masks are beneficial. They reduce the viral loads being breathed into the air by the symptomatic, presymptimatic and asymptomatic as well as being breathed in by others. If no one is wearing masks, then the infectious viral loads will be at their maximum and the exponential function will teach us all why we should’ve paid attention in math class.
